How much is shipping? (Hong Kong)
- 顧客單一訂單買滿HK$800可享免運費
- 若未滿HK$800 則需收取運費(順豐到付),若選擇順豐站/智能櫃自取,運費為HK$25;若選擇送貨上門,運費為HK$30 (住宅或者工商地址)
- 如需步行送上樓梯,例如大廈沒有電梯,或電梯不能直達的樓層,每層需加收人工附加費予速遞,如有需要請聯絡我們報價
- 一般情況下,我們會於4個工作天內發出貨品;寄出後需要1-2個工作天派件,若受促銷活動等影響,派送時間或有所延長,敬請見諒
- 如需加急派件,請預先聯絡我們,我們會盡力作出安排噢
- 送貨時間內客人未能按時收件,第二次送貨將會產生的額外費用需由客人自行承擔
How much is shipping? (Taiwan)
- 顧客單一訂單買滿HK$1000可享免運費(順豐速遞)
- 若未滿HK$1000 則需收取運費(順豐到付),運費約為HK$40-$45(新台幣$198起),視乎快件重量而定
- 奉台灣財政部關務署公告規定*(詳情請參考此Link),由即日起,所有進口台灣的個人快件將實施實名認證,因此閣下需於留言備註上提供身分證號碼,所得資料我們只會用作是次寄送用途,並會把資料保密。不便之處敬請見諒
- 一般情況下,我們會於4個工作天內發出貨品;寄出後需要3-4個工作天派件,若受促銷活動等影響,派送時間或有所延長,敬請見諒

- *台灣財政部關務署於2020年4月16日開始強制執行海外包裹實名認證制度。此舉可以保護訂購人/收件人的權益與安全。此制度開始執行之後,海外包裹訂購人若沒有處理實名認證程序及沒有委任報關的包裹,海關保留不收單的權利。為了避免包裹無法順利送達您手上,我們強烈建議您在官網確認訂單前,務必填寫正確的收件人姓名(全名),手機號碼及身份證字號。此舉是因為實名認證流程將會綁定包裹收件人的資訊,故您填寫的資訊必須吻合避免認證失敗。另外,您在下單後也請盡快下載台灣財政部關務署所認證的官方手機程序「EZ WAY易利委」App,並完成實名認證註冊手續,避免包裹因為實名認證問題無法順利通關

- 運費視乎快件重量而定

International: Delivery by FedEx International Economy® or SF Express (5 to 10 Business Days) from Hong Kong.

Returns
What is your return policy?
- Considering the hygienic purposes, we are unable to offer return or exchange services.
Can I change or cancel an order?
- Once an order is placed and payment is made, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate any changes or cancellations. Therefore, we kindly request that you carefully review all the details on your order, including your email address, shipping address, and phone number before proceeding to the checkout.

Defective or incorrect items
- Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you inspect the items promptly. Should you encounter any issues, please contact our customer service within 3 days.
- You may reach out to us through WhatsApp (6336-4429) / Instagram inbox or by sending an email to nov.accessorieshk@gmail.com. For us to assist you more effectively, please provide the order number and include photographs of the defective product, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
